Sertaç İnce, Attorney at Law
His work includes inheritance and estate administration, real estate and land registry matters, debt recovery, company formation and corporate procedures, family law, recognition and enforcement proceedings, and civil litigation. In cross-border matters, he has coordinated powers of attorney, apostilles, translations and procedures before land registries, tax offices, banks, notaries and public authorities.
Altan Berat Sarıkan, Attorney at Law
He focuses on criminal law and also works in civil and criminal litigation, employment law, civil law and enforcement matters. He provides defence and representation during investigations, statements, judicial questioning, hearings, written submissions and appeals.
