2. İşlenen veriler: Ad-soyad, telefon, e-posta, tercih edilen iletişim dili, ilgili ülke veya şehir, hukuki konunun kısa özeti, varsa yaklaşan süre veya duruşma bilgisi ile formun güvenliği için tutulan IP adresi, tarih-saat ve teknik işlem kayıtları işlenebilir.
3. İşleme amaçları: Veriler; talebin cevaplanması, menfaat çatışması ve mesleki engel kontrolü yapılması, talebin büronun çalışma kapsamına girip girmediğinin değerlendirilmesi, görüşme ve teklif sürecinin yürütülmesi, hukuki hakların korunması ve internet sitesinin güvenliğinin sağlanması amaçlarıyla işlenir. Veriler reklam veya elektronik pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebepler: Veriler, internet formunun doldurulması veya telefon ve e-posta yoluyla ilk temas kurulması sırasında elektronik olarak elde edilir. İşleme; 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 5 inci maddesinin ikinci fıkrasında yer alan sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olma, veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi, bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması ve temel haklara zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaat şartlarına dayanır.
5. Özel nitelikli veriler ve belge gönderimi: İlk iletişim formunda sağlık, ceza mahkûmiyeti, biyometrik veri, siyasi düşünce, din, sendika üyeliği veya benzeri özel nitelikli kişisel veri ile dosya belgesi gönderilmemelidir. Dosyanın kabul edilmesi halinde gerekli belgeler için uygun ve güvenli iletişim kanalı ayrıca bildirilir. Kendiliğinden iletilen özel nitelikli veriler yalnızca hukuki talebin değerlendirilmesi veya bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması ya da korunması için zorunlu olduğu ölçüde işlenir; gerekli değilse silinir.
6. Aktarım: Veriler, yalnızca gerekli olduğu ölçüde, büro bünyesinde yetkilendirilmiş kişiler ile sır saklama veya gizlilik yükümlülüğü altındaki tercüman, mali müşavir, bilirkişi ve teknik hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir. Kanuni zorunluluk veya bir hakkın korunması halinde yetkili kamu kurumlarına, barolara, mahkemelere ve diğer yetkili mercilere aktarılabilir. Bu teknik yapıda veriler Türkiye dışında barındırılmaz ve yurt dışına aktarılmaz.
7. Saklama süresi: Vekâlet ilişkisine dönüşmeyen ilk temas kayıtları, son anlamlı iletişimden itibaren en geç bir yıl içinde silinir veya anonim hale getirilir. Hukuki bir uyuşmazlık, kanuni yükümlülük veya hakların korunması için daha uzun saklama zorunluysa yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca muhafaza edilir. Güvenlik kayıtları kural olarak altı ayı aşmaz.
8. Haklar ve başvuru: 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki talepler, kimliği doğrulamaya yeterli bilgi ve talebin açıklamasıyla [VERİ SORUMLUSU BAŞVURU ADRESİ] adresine iletilebilir. Başvuruda gereksiz kişisel veri veya üçüncü kişilere ait bilgi gönderilmemelidir.

2. Data processed: The data processed may include your name, telephone number, email address, preferred language, relevant country or city, a brief description of the matter, any approaching deadline or hearing date, and technical records such as IP address, date, time and form security logs.
3. Purposes: The data are processed to respond to the enquiry, carry out conflict and professional-barrier checks, assess whether the matter can be accepted and define a possible scope of work, arrange meetings and proposals, protect legal rights and maintain website security. Recipients and transfers: Where necessary, data may be accessed by authorised personnel and shared with interpreters, accountants, experts and technical providers who are subject to confidentiality obligations. Competent authorities, bar associations and courts may receive data where required by law or for the protection of legal rights. 7. Retention: Initial-enquiry records that do not become an engagement are deleted or anonymised no later than one year after the last meaningful communication.
